- 100g OKI Tempura Batter Mix
- OKI Vegetable Cooking Oil
- 120ml Ice Water
- Clean prawns under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper towel. Slowly pour 120ml of ice water into 100 of OKI Tempura Batter Mix, but avoid over mixing. It’s fine to have some lumps in batter.
- Lightly coat squid or prawn with OKI Tempura Batter Mix and dip seafood in mixed batter.
- Deep fry the battered squid or prawn in hot oil of 180 degree celsius until golden brown and serve hot.
